there's a city by the seaside in britain. it used to be
like any other city, but reccently that's changed. people
there have started developing powers. everything from
flying to teleportation. every day more and more wake
up to find they can do something.
how's the world going to cope now that "superheros"
really exist? are these people dangerous? how did this
happen?
one thing's for certain. this isn't a normal city anymore.
